I’m your well-being advocate—a self-awareness and self-compassion facilitator, and Pilates teacher. I believe we all deserve to lead fuller, happier lives, even amid the chaos of work, life’s demands, and the intricacies of being human. With self-awareness and self-compassion, we can become our own best friend. By cultivating the inner resources to navigate life with intention, we can show up in ways that feel truly aligned.
